</div></div></div><div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><p>ศูนย์ทนายความเพื่อสิทธิมนุษยชน รับรางวัล The Albies สาขาผู้ปกป้องประชาธิปไตย จากมูลนิธิคลูนีย์เพื่อความยุติธรรม ในฐานะที่ศูนย์ทนายฯ เป็นองค์กรที่ปกป้องความยุติธรรมให้แก่บรรดานักเรียน นักกิจกรรมและนักข่าวที่ถูกจับกุมดำเนินคดีมากกว่าพันคน</p>
<p>29 ก.ย. 2566 ศูนย์ทนายความเพื่อสิทธิมนุษยชนทวีตภาพพร้อมข้อความระบุว่า แมตต์ เดมอน, เอมิลี่ บลันท์, เมอรีล สตรีป, แอนน์ แฮทธาเวย์, และสการ์เลตต์ โจแฮนส์สัน ร่วมแสดงความยินดีกับ “ศูนย์ทนายความเพื่อสิทธิมนุษยชน” ในฐานะผู้รับรางวัล The Albies สาขาผู้ปกป้องประชาธิปไตย (JUSTICE FOR DEMOCRACY DEFENDERS) ประจำปี 2023 Clooney Foundation for Justice)</p>
<p>ในพิธีรับรางวัล ศูนย์ทนายฯ ได้กล่าวถึงสถานการณ์ในประเทศไทย ที่ยังมีประชาชนหลายพันคนถูกดำเนินคดีจากการชุมนุมและการแสดงความคิดเห็นทางการเมือง ได้บอกเล่าเรื่องราวของทนายอานนท์ นำภา และเยาวชนที่ถูกดำเนินคดีเกือบ 300 คน ในจำนวนนี้ ลูกความที่อายุน้อยที่สุดคือเด็กอายุ 12 ปี</p>
<p>“ศูนย์ทนายความเพื่อสิทธิมนุษยชนคงไม่มีวันนี้ หากคนไทยไม่ได้ลุกขึ้นมาสู้กับรัฐเผด็จการที่ซ่อนตัวอยู่ในที่แจ้ง ในสถาบันตุลาการ ในกฎหมาย และในรัฐธรรมนูญที่มาจากรัฐประหาร เรายังต้องเดินทางกันไปอีกไกลเพื่อไปให้ถึงประชาธิปไตยที่แท้จริง การต่อสู้เพื่อความยุติธรรมนั้นไม่เคยง่าย แต่เวลาย่ำรุ่งจะมาถึงเสมอการเปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่ออนาคตที่ดีกว่าอยู่ในมือของเราเอง”</p>
