Longmire (อ่านบทความ) (https://www.mdpi.com/2075-471X/2/2/115) เปรียบเทียบการปราบปรามยาเสพติด กรณีของไทยและประเทศเพื่อนบ้านอย่างอินโดนีเซีย สิงคโปร์ มาเลเซีย รวมไปถึงสหรัฐอเมริกา อย่างไรก็ตามการใช้โทษประหารชีวิต มีประเด็นเรื่องความไม่ได้สัดส่วนในการลงโทษ ขณะเดียวกันในสนธิสัญญาระหว่างประเทศที่ใช้ควบคุมยาเสพติดก็ไม่เคยสนับสนุนให้ใช้โทษประหารชีวิต ในช่วงท้ายของรายการจะยกตัวอย่างบทลงโทษประหารชีวิตในคดียาเสพติด อัพเดทนโยบายและท่าทีของรัฐไทยในการปราบปรามยาเสพติดอีกด้วย</p>
